AUTOMATIC BETA JOTA MACHINE
The rich functionality of controls with this type of machine allows us to check dimensions and feasibility even with respect to samples provided by customers.
A close collaboration between the Technical Department and the Controller then allows, through the use of 3D analysis systems, to plan the preparation of new equipment, especially those of internal design, to verify their compliance during the implementation phase, and the stability of products and equipment (SMED system) in the production phase by systematically analysing crucial dimensions during the night.
This is an environment in which the air-conditioning systems keep the pre-established thermo-hygrometric conditions constant.
