ITLA SPA

ITLA S.p.A. was established in 1981 as a manufacturer of semi-finished components for producers of articles for the building trade. The company was restructured in 1994 when Alberto Bartalucci became President and Managing Director.


Company strategy also changed by increasing the number of customers in the furnishing, car and motorbike spare parts, hardware and agricolture sectors.
This reorganisation affected both management and production methods and allowed the company to achieve a turnover of over M€15,00 (Year 2007).

 

The company structure has been definied and the quality has been achivied the 20th December 2000.
Our company offers its capacity of working sheet metal and the like with a thickness ranging from 0.5 to 20 mm


Production is divided into specific processes:

Cutting, Laser cutting, Pressing, Punching, Bending, Robotic Welding

ORDERS
The company makes use of a method for filling customer orders and specifications and stores technical documentation electronically.
A Member of staff carries out machines manteinance on a full-time basis.

 

MEASURING INSTRUMENTS
The company makes use of a set of measuring instruments such as rules callipers and templates in every production sector. Their calibration is checked on a yearly basis.

 

PRODUCTION PLANNING

The company plans its production and prepares production control programmes. A member of staff does this on a full-time basis.

 

GOODS LOCATIONS

Goods in the warehouse are identified by a special internal card which also contains the drawing of the customer order.

 

PACKING PRODUCTS

The Company packs its products using pallets, crates, containers and 50x28 cm/micron strips of nylon.
