ITLA Spa was established in 1981 as a supplier company to create semi-finished products for construction product companies. In 1994 the company changed corporate structure. Alberto Bartalucci, specialised in accounting, became the company’s President and Managing Director.

The company strategy changed, expanding its range of customers in various sectors including furnishings, spare parts for cars and motorcycles, hardware and agriculture.
This restructuring concerned both the management and production structure, allowing the company to achieve a turnover of over €17 million in 2019.
The company also intends to expand its storage facilities by a further 1,400 m².
