Through the establishment of PRALIT, a business network built around local manufacturing excellence, ITLA has opened a second operational facility dedicated to industrial assembly services, component kitting and integrated supply management.
This new facility was established to meet the growing demand for post-painting assembly services, developed in collaboration with the network’s partners.
This structure enables ITLA to complete the sheet metal processing and metal fabrication cycle, providing customers with fully assembled, organized products ready for integration into their production lines.
The dedicated department provides integrated services for managing components and pre-painted products.
Services include:
- Industrial assembly of components;
- Component kitting;
- Management of assembly department operations;
- Shipping of pre-painted products;
- Supply coordination with network partners.
Component kitting allows all the parts required for production to be organized into complete kits, simplifying subsequent assembly and integration processes on the customer’s production line.
This approach completes the sheet metal processing and metal fabrication cycle, ensuring customers receive products ready for seamless integration into their manufacturing operations.
