Founded in 1981, ITLA operates in the early stages of the manufacturing supply chain and specializes in metal cutting, stamping/pressing, and bending/forming. In 1994, with the Bartalucci family’s entry, Alberto Bartalucci became Chairman and CEO, launching a path of structured growth. In 2000, the company expanded its capabilities with the introduction of a welding department.

The headquarters is located in the “Il Piano” industrial area of Casole d’Elsa (Siena). In May 2023, ITLA completed a major investment plan by acquiring new facilities in Poggibonsi (Siena) dedicated to assembly and kitting of pre-painted components.

Over the years, the company has earned numerous quality certifications, ensuring high operating standards: ISO 9001, OHSAS 18000, UNI EN ISO 14001, and UNI EN ISO 3834-2 for welding processes.

ITLA’s business model is built on skilled, multi-functional personnel and long-standing relationships with raw material suppliers. The workforce continues to grow, with additional hiring planned in production departments.

ITLA offers a broad range of products and services, integrating every stage of processing to deliver custom solutions and consistently meet customer needs. The company continuously invests in advanced technologies to increase efficiency and productivity.

In recent years, the metalworking industry has faced a challenging environment marked by rising raw material and energy costs, driven by the pandemic and the conflict in Ukraine. Despite this, the sector recorded overall revenue index growth of 18%. In this context, companies adjusted selling prices and optimized production volumes to support inventory reduction.

In line with industry trends, ITLA posted 10% revenue growth in 2022. Net profit rose significantly between 2020 and 2021 and strengthened further in 2022 (+56%). Economic and financial indicators confirm a solid capital structure and a well-balanced financial position.

Revenue for 2023 totaled approximately €30.98 million.
