ITLA’s sheet metal bending department combines expertise and automation-driven systems, with automatic 3D-based programming across 3 bending centers. This approach ensures efficient process management and greater repeatability, in line with each project’s specifications.

The department is continuing to expand, with new machines being introduced to increase production capacity and operational flexibility.

Quotations for high-volume production with robots and palletizing

We also offer tailored quotations for high-volume production runs carried out with automated robots and integrated palletizing systems, based on the customer’s production and logistics requirements.

Offline programming and tool simulation

We use an offline programming system that works with the available tooling to simulate processes and program the machines, both directly and indirectly. This makes it possible to optimize the bending cycle while reducing production time and variability.

Special tooling for complex operations

For custom or technically demanding projects, ITLA develops special tooling designed to:

  • handle complex bending operations
  • meet cost targets that would otherwise be affected by low production volumes
