Our 3D Inspection Department features a climate-controlled metrology room dedicated to the inspection and quality control of mechanical components and metal fabrication parts.

The room is equipped with state-of-the-art devices, instruments, and equipment to ensure highly accurate dimensional inspection, maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the entire production process.

Dimensional inspection based on customer specifications

We provide:

  • 3D dimensional inspection
  • Mechanical component testing
  • Compliance verification against technical drawings

These activities can also be carried out according to specific customer requirements, in order to assess full product compliance with the required tolerances and technical specifications.

The department also has a complete range of measuring and inspection equipment, ensuring precision, repeatability, and reliability of results.

The main machine used is a BETA JOTA automatic measuring machine, whose advanced inspection capabilities make it possible to:

  • Verify dimensional measurements
  • Analyze component feasibility
  • Carry out comparisons against customer-supplied samples
